It’s regretful to say that you were the first

You acted like the best

But it was all just a game

To see if I would actually fall for it

Which I did

If I could take one thing back

It would be falling for you

Then I wouldn’t be going through this much pain.

My life was perfectly fine without you in it

But, once you came, it just all fell apart

I pretended like nothing was wrong

But, whenever one problem was fixed

You would create a worse one

But what was stupid of me,

Was that you were my problem,

And the solution was always right in front of me:

To let you go.
