Don’t eat your heart out, girl…

JOY…will not be found in the middle of an Oreo Cookie.

CONTENTMENT…is not hidden in a comfort food disguised as Mac and Cheese.

PEACE will not come to you by how many of anything you choose to eat.

Girl it is not your gut that craves another piece, but rather your heart, that is craving… for PEACE.
