You deserve the world

With all its many gifts unfurled

Yet all I can give is my heart

But what a way to start

My love knows no bounds

Deep as I know and true as can be

Baby I’m just trying to expound

On what you mean to me

Brevity

May be the soul of wit

But I’m in love with thee

And I’m sure time spent has been the cause of it

In one month’s time

You’ve given me so much

It’s all been sublime

So I must thank you for such

Someone so fine,

Determined, and strong

I’m so glad you’re all mine

And I know together is how we belong

So in closing I say

I’ll love you forever and a day

One month down many more to go
