I hate how angry you get.

I hate your anger

and how you seethe

because your tainted trust

and incessant need

for constant reassurance

about how I feel

I tell you all the time

that what we have is real

A good mixture of words for such a short poem, “seethe” being my favorite. It has the punch I think you were going for, and a message almost everyone can in some way relate to. Good work!
