A sandwich bar last summer
Your sandwich made your way
“I’ll have a chicken butty please
Oh! And salad what the hey.”
“Hang on, there is no butter
There’s no butter on my bread”
“I’m sorry sir I’ll spread it
With some mayonnaise instead?”
I don’t want bloody mayonnaise
When I came in here today
It was just to buy a sandwich
But a sandwich made My Way.
