With consternation your wind of flames blew into my heart but ended up enlightening our destiny.

Your wind of flames

Swept me off my feet

I swore that you were

An angel in disguise

It happened so fast

Before I could dash off

To save myself

From your assault

Why did such a thing occur?

You became the embodiment

Of a stirring love

Within my fragile bones

That touched my heart

- – -

Yet through this helplessness

That made me so vulnerable

Your elements

Had conspired against me

- – -

It was an amazing sight

I must confess

But now this horrific fear

Astonishes me less

- – -

For now I know

The wind of flames

Was meant to enlighten

Our destiny

- – -
