You’re Not Alone

Written for a friend of mine who has a friend going through a difficult time.

You may not see it now -
For all the sorrow that’s in your heart
You are a strong woman;
One that won’t allow this to tear you apart

Times are tough, I know
You are not alone
We all face troubled times
Ones that we wish, at the time, we did not own

This feeling is only temporary;
Please rely on me
Change can be good -
Even if you don’t currently agree

You have three little angels who need you
Three little angels who adore you
Three little angels to make you smile
Those little angels will amaze you

Seek God in your despair
He will give you the answers, I swear
You may not like how he speaks to you
But you’ll be amazed how he pulls you through
