For when you thought you did everything for him to stay, that is when he is willing to abandon you.
It was the first day of summer, do you remember not?
The skies turned grim, ashes have fallen, and the battle lost its field
From far away a maiden cried, lost her life, but anew was in a knot
And Yuel, you were born, amidst the wars of the world lest yield.
It was tough, I know my dear,
To live a life you know not how
Without a light to shelter your fears
Created, sealed, and covered in crevice your vows.
But alas! Hardships come and go, and still you stand
Erect and firm on your feat no one has founded
With pride, nonetheless has the right to hold your hand
In your eyes ablaze the dreams which oblivion has aided.
Young man you are, with dreams raging in your sleep
High and lo, naught mattered despite the flounder
Your steps may be small, but big are your convicted leaps
Screaming in silence, deafening whispers loud hither and thither.
Yuel, my dear, you have far more to go
Though I, myself have not reached anything yet
This trivial world, which responds you only with yes or no
My wishes that your aspirations be met.
Do you remember not, my dear?
It was winter when you passed me through
Cold and shivering, my soul you sold the ripper
And buried and forgotten me into the borough.
But Yuel you will always be the savior
Your brilliant plans you played in the games
That scavenged the pieces of my life, back I savored
The codes of revenge and compromise you named.
A new life may have come ahead
But forever the name shall be etched in pride
Nothing more grandiose is needed for all have been said
Portals, demons and angels are by my side.
‘Twas spring, I can vividly remember
A maiden lost the war she can never hold
The warmth of her breath was thrown into the ember
A child of promises and sorrows born in the cold.
I felt the child, for he was by my side
Treasured him and loved him until he said farewell
Treachery he countered me, pushed me through until tried
But love still conquers all, the child of love named Yuel.
