A Sci-Fi comedy about aliens curious about what human beings do.

FADE IN:

EXT. – SOMEWHERE IN OUTER SPACE – MONTAGE

Seen from a vantage point is a flying saucer, undoubtedly, hovering near over one of the planets next to Earth.

Zoom in. And then, enter the yet-empty central area of the spaceship. The interior is circular, the area of which is about two hundred square meters and is brightly lit. The source of light cannot be seen and the twelve-foot high ceiling is a glass dome. The edge of the dome meets the wall that is ten feet high. Half of the walls around are covered by twenty-four inch flat-screen monitors, down to four feet above the floor.

On to one side is a huge monitor just like a cinema projection screen. At the base of the bottom monitors are various control panels, extending forward about two feet at an angle from the base of the lowest monitors, giving the impression of game machines. The chairs for the control panels crew are on individual poles on concealed runners in the floor, that allow sideways, backward and forward movements so that a seated crew person may easily sidle over to the other side of another fellow crew person. Controls for these chairs’ movements are located beneath the chairs’ arms.

Focus now at the other half blank semi-circle of walls. These are ten feet high by four feet wide panels that alternately and automatically slide open and close to one side or the other for entry or exit to and from this central hall.

Figures can be seen approaching a panel opening. They look and walk like humans! They are wearing skin-tight, stretchable, collarless suits. Light blue for the male and yellow-gold for the female. Their boots are like knee high socks. The features of both sexes are human-like.

Their bodies however are more exacting and more proportionate, that is, to visualize this is to borrow from an artist’s description of the proportions of the perfect human body form: “The artist uses the human head for the basic unit of measurement for the entire body. The height of the head from the chin to the top of the head will become the ruler by which the rest of the vertical lines in the form are measured. The width of the head will be used to measure the horizontal lines in the form. For instance, the shoulders could be three head widths across, etc…” (From the Artists Web); overall, just the right or perfect combination between a mesomorph and an ectomorph body types, a beautiful body specimen, if you will.

Move in for a closer look. They have only 3 full adult heights, from a short four feet, six feet and eight feet tall! The hairs on their human like head are covered by black horse-like fur, which do not seem to grow any much longer than they already are. Their skin is like human and their complexion is light brown. The female specie has unmistakably the human feminine features such as softer bodylines, more prominent breasts, small waist, and wider hip. The aliens’ eyes look and function like those of the eagle; noses not as prominent as human’s; mouths are unproportionally small, like a baby’s on an adult’s face; good, well-formed human-like ears but move the way dog ears might do. Hands are like smooth gloves, no fingernails. But as noted earlier, the general configuration of their body build is perfectly proportionate to their height.

Their voice, which is also used for their own communication, is inaudible to humans. (SUPERIMPOSE – Their voice is of the same decibel as that of a dog whistle!)
