A Sci-Fi comedy about aliens curious about what human beings do.

They only care to pass knowledge to their successors for further improvement. Sex for them is for procreation and not for lust, just like animals. Their government is the kind designed to make sure that the entire population is well nourished and with exceptional health; also, no educational problems because everything is provided for once their children reach school age. They developed an economy that does not use money or its equivalent. They have everything needed to live and survive. The work they do is for the entire population of their planet, in return, results of their work are distributed equally to all of them. With this, there is no greed therefore any envy. Therefore again, no need to be rich! Because of this full satisfaction, and for that reason, they do not need entertainment!

A short tour in one area typical of the entire planet ExTer: The population is dedicated to work. The streets have two way moving lanes with handlebars in between seats. Everyone does not have anything to carry, all they have are some sort of belt-bag containers. There is no commerce on the street level of the buildings. A lane of the sidewalks also moves at the pace of an escalator.

Listen to one ongoing conversation . . .

ALIEN 1(male):

(To another)

We are improving again on the speed of our spacecraft. We could visit more live planets in a shorter time.

ALIEN 2(female):

In our section, we have developed a more compact pill that expands in the stomach. It will be able to nourish us for a whole day.

ALIEN 1:

Will the government give that on our next month’s supply?

ALIEN 2:

For us adults, yes. The school will provide for the children’s version of the pill.

INTERIOR IN ONE OF THE BUILDINGS – MONTAGE

Enter one of the buildings from the street level. No guards, no doors to the building. The entire thousand square meters of first floor, aside from the corridor, is undivided and full of worktables. And it’s the same all the way to upper levels. The same work clothes and color for the entire building. Quickly move to other buildings and the scenes are all the same, except for the colors of uniforms.

Inside a hospital: No doctors or nurses are visible! Prospective patients just pass through a scanner, after which a tiled directory with instructions shows the way to the specific tube section they should go into. The tubes lower down from the ceiling. Medical treatment inside the tube, which envelops the patient, is administered either by some chemical in inhalable gas form injected into the tube or some sort of laser beam directed towards the patient from any part of it to treat wherever the predetermined sickness or damage to the patient was scan-diagnosed.

In another building that looks like a school, only children of young ages attend it. No teachers visible either. Only a cinema- like TV screen that gives instructions to an entire floor filled with students of the same age bracket. Discipline is excellent.
