9 am. I am still on bed. Trying to wake up. Mum gave me two ultimatums, but thats fine. Expecting a third one. She wants me to grow up, thats but natural, i am turning 23. But is it necessary to…… may be! 

It gave me a real shock, yesterday when i heard her speak to Dolly aunty , (the ever unsuccesful marriage broker in lucknow). Dolly aunty is in a real search of “Gods Own Son ” for my mothers daughter. But i am half releaved as she is tagged “the ever unsuccesful…..bla bla…

Think, the torture i need to go through,

-Changing my current job (Radio jockey, not an easy job)

-Breaking up with my current boyfriend (help me get a new reason for breakup)

-Change, in my facebook, orkut profiles (Meneka has changed her status from being single to engaged).

-All my jeans, t-shirts and shorts getting replaced by salwar, kurta, sarees

NO, NO, NO.

Getting married is not so easy task, may be for dolly aunty, but not for people like me.

Hello! sulekhaj ji , me Dolly Singh. “as i said na, i found a guy for our daughter, Meneka. He is a gem. Not even her father can find such a guy like him.

My mother got Dolly aunty’s extra elaborated, magnificently presented e-mail with too many add-ups. But natural my mother got impressed. She asked Dolly aunty to call them up.
