Strange incidents happens in life…one of those I am sharing…
Sometimes I think standing in front of mirror. I look at my face; I will compare it with my earlier one when I was young. I realize newer one has got impressions, wrinkles. Wrinkles of experience or I will say wrinkles of memory. Either sweet or sore, if it’s sweet the wrinkled face wears a smile which hides them temporarily or in other case still pale. By standing like this and thinking like this, lots of moments pass through in front of my eyes. From all these moments, one is unforgettable. It will fill me with both excitement and happiness .It’s a turning point in my life. If I have to explain it to you then I have to take you back in time.
As I recall, 40 years back, when I was young, energetic and hardworking. My father relieved me from his love very soon. He died when I was 8 years old. No sisters, no brothers either real or cousin only my mother. My cousins feel I am a burden on them. I left my home when I was 9 years old. I told my mom that I will send money to her as soon as I got my job. I am metric pass average student. I came to city. I thought I will make efforts to improve my life but to gain something or I can say earn something in city is quite difficult but I faced every difficulty and I got a job in railways they will give Rs.300 per month to me. Apart from this I am also doing overtime so that I get a total of Rs.400 per month. From this, half of the money I’ll send to my mother. Half of rest of the money is rent where I live. Now from the remaining one I have to save 50 bucks every month. While the rest of 50 are for my food for a month that time food was cheaper but not in INDIA’s cinema city.
I reach to my work place in two hour for that I have to wake up early in the morning. I will make food for myself. A piece of bread and some pickle, more than this will be a party. Then I take my way to the office. For that I have to change 3 local trains so I have to keep some money for this also. At 11 in the afternoon I reach my office. I am a lineman in railway so my job is not in a room which is comboed with fan, chair etc.
