This is a short story about some kids and football.
Once one day at the park 5 friends named Bob, Jake, Jim, Tim, were jumping on a trampoline and were listening to the radio with the volume turned up to the max. Then, they all jumped at once and since there was no safety net, David fell off and broke his head. Everyone was so horrified that they ran over to some boys that were playing a cool game of football and left poor David all alone.
The other kids said, “we’ll help you if you can beat us in a hard game of football, then maybe we’ll help.” Bob spoke up and said in a really tough voice,” we can beat you any day wimpy shrimpies!” They replied, “Bring it on!”
In the mean time David was hurting like he had punched by a bear in the stomach.
Back at the game, the other kids kicked off, Bob returned it but got scared, ran backwards, and was tackled at the 5-yard line. Jake was going to be the QB, Bob was a WR, Tim was the RB, and Jim was a blocker. On the first play Bob ran out for a pass when Jake had his hand back but then Tim took it and ran 20 yards before he was tackled hard on the ground.
Meanwhile David was trying to get up but his head hurt too much.
Back at the game Jake’s team was winning 7-0. The other kids received the ball from the kickoff for a touchdown. They started showing off and acting like they won the Super Bowl. The intense game rolled on and in the 4th quarter the other kids were beating Jake’s team 49-28. Then, Jake’s team made a tremendous comeback with 3 touchdowns and stopping the other kids from scoring. Then, the game went into a scary, terrifying, overtime.
David was now walking slowly like a turtle towards a dark old house saying “help! Help! Help!” Jake and his friends couldn’t hear the loud cry of David.

In overtime the other kids won the coin toss but Jake’s team stopped them from kicking a field goal by having Bob jump up really high by having him jump on Jim’s back and grabbing the ball in the air heroically and running to the opposite end zone.
