Four weeks to save Washington.
The day came. The president had decided to arrest members of KAD on the spot, with extremely high security, so no one can escape. They will have people monitoring the area for any suspicious air craft (they could send the rays from that) or any high building. The president himself wouldn’t meet face to face with them; it was too much of a security risk. Instead, he had some police that would try to arrest them.
The plan was to give them a legit check, but if any bank had someone come in requesting to get money from the check, they would refuse and the police would be notified ASAP. Then they would leave the place, with the KAD members remaining inside. Then, they will send in some members of the SWAT fully equipped with body armour and assault rifles, and arrest them.
The police gave them the check. It looked genuine, it was. The police said “There is your check. It is completely genuine; I can ensure you will find no fault in it”. The head of KAD nodded in approval, then asked “Why a check?” The police responded “A billion dollars in cash would take up too much space, it would take multiple vans.” “Mhm…” he replied.
The police left. KAD didn’t stop them, or attempt to stop them. They probably didn’t know that the entire building was swarmed with police cars, and helicopters patrolling the area. As soon as the police exited the building, there were 50 members of SWAT ready to attack.
They ran in, yelling “Get to the ground!” KAD were suspecting this, of course. Little did SWAT know, KAD had already gone into hiding by the time SWAT had entered. KAD were in spots at the sides of the factory, shooting at SWAT. SWAT were fully equipped in body armour though, they weren’t getting killed the way KAD had expected.
SWAT were responding quickly, firing back at KAD, and KAD had no protection at all, besides the barrels and assorted things they were hiding behind. They had also thrown tear gas grenades, as they weren’t wearing gas helmets. Within 5 minutes, KAD had been well beaten. The people who tried to escape were simple nabbed by police upon exit.
About 10 minutes later, the whole ordeal was over. And surely enough, the scene was plagued with reporters wanting to the first on the news. The government didn’t want to cause panic, but now it was all over and safe they guessed there was no harm. They told reporters the whole story, about nanoshells and the injections.
Children were told that since there was thousands of nanoshells in the injection, they would be next to impossible to remove. They were told to steer clear of near-infrared rays, as they could set the nanoshells off.
