I’m not that good at writing so don’t expect too much. I did this story for my English lesson. ~ Enjoy ~

“Where’s the ape?” Someone called.

“If he’s not here, he’s out,” he replied.

“Oh, then I’ve got no one to talk to,” he sighed. He waited till his next round and won. After 2 more hours, when few were still in, he was told he was qualified for the quarterfinals. He was delighted. He was told that he was starting to get fans straight from the audience. He was pretty surprised at the number of fans as the other quarterfinalists were pretty popular as well. It was now the start of the quarterfinals. He and his opponent glared at each other as they entered the ring. At this point, the crowds were chanting the name of who they supported. It was nearly impossible to hear yourself speak as the crowd was hysterical. When it came to the wrestle, they quieted down to just chanting.

When it had began his opponent took the lead, but he soon resisted it which then got him into a winning position, but the wrestle was still not a win. They were glaring at each other in an attempt to intimidate the other. But neither of them got affected by each others attempts. The battle was epic but there could be only one winner. And he had won. The crowds were now screaming his name as he entered the semifinals. The next round went smoothly, his opponent wasn’t as strong as he thought he was. So it was an easy win. He had now entered a place where he had a chance to prove himself: the finals. The crowds were screaming their heads off about this and the other competitors were standing-by. The call of the beginning was called. The opponents entered the ring. The wrestle started. It started off even. But it then tilted towards his opponents side putting into a winning position. This was the position that they stayed at for a while or so and then it got lower and lower. The crowds were starting to get excited especially those who had supported him. His opponent glared at him as if he was sending the message of

“You’ll never beat me, I am the champion,” and with that he shot a look meaning

“Oh really now,” and with that, his opponent had a sudden burst of strength putting himself in a losing position. The crowds roared at this. And summoning his last bit of strength, he turned the tables and beat his opponent. At this point, the crowd was at its wildest. The championship was over and he had won. Those who had laughed at him then came up to him. He turned towards him and asked

“What do you want?”

“we want to apologize for what we have done,” he replied quietly.

“It’s ok, just don’t make fun of me just because I am short,” and with that, they felt better. After all the ceremonies, they went up to him again and asked,

“will you join our club? Because we will be honored if you would join us.”

“sure,” he replied. And with that, they accepted his challenges hoping to beat him one day. And this is how the story ends.
