His name is Richard. His life was full of promise and potental. Then he met Rhonda. From that day on life was never to be the same. Rhonda had plenty of lying promises to give and wasn’t shy sexually. Richard fell hard. little did He know what hell He was entering. Rhonda first started trying to isolate Richard from family and friends. She would beg him to stay in a dark room with her day in and day out. she promised he wouldn’t be sorry. Soon Richard lost his job and they were in financial trouble. By then Richard had Married Rhonda. She abandoned the 2 children she had prior to meeting Richard and the courts turned them over to their father. Out of site out of mind. She was pregnant by Richard and she new that would hold him. But Rhonda had a secret, she was a meth addict and she needed Richard to be one too. How else could she be sure he would get the drugs she needed?

Once he lost his job she started working on him. “It would be quick money.” “They could put their financial problems behind them.” “All he had to do was sell to a few of her friends. it wouldn’t be a big deal.” Richard, financially desperate, went for it. At first it worked ok , they were able to catch up some bills. Then it started. Drugs came up missing. Rhonda was using up the meth and Richard was in debt to suppliers.  He had to hustle harder, take greater risks to clear up the debt. All the while Rhonda was demanding more drugs from him. The stress was crazy. Finally one night he smoked some meth with Rhonda. She knew she had him where she wanted him now. The hell was just beginning for Richard.

Before to long Richard ended up in jail. He was in custody for three weeks. During that time his wife was trading sex to get the meth she needed. When Richard got out, she admitted to it. Begged for forgiveness and received it. Before to long they both were arrested and Richard took the case for both of them. Rhonda ,once again, used sex to obtain drugs to feed her habit. She wasn’t going to go without just because Richard wasn’t there to give her the meth she wanted. This time when Richard got out of prison after four years of incarceration, He found that his wife had another child by someone she was getting drugs from. It explained why she had stopped coming to visit and only wrote occasionally or once in a while accepted a call from him. He tried to move on with his life but Rhonda”s “boyfriend was now in jail and she needed Richard to keep her supplied with drugs. She had given her Children to her mother and was focused on getting Richard to start using and selling meth again. He was firm and didn’t fall for it this time. He had determined to get his life back on track.
