Ours started like a bright morning sun that in a twinkle of an eye gradually gave in to the politics of meteorology. Africa used to be the beauty of all continents until westernization crept in and deprived of us of our cultural heritage and values. Today, we stand high up claiming even to know holy books more than their originators.

Religious hypocrisy and politics of bitterness constitute the deadly plague that has blossom to exterminate us on the surface of the earth. Poverty which has translated into high level corruption has set a stage of confusion that only God will deliver us from this quagmire of leadership rascality and brigandage.

Tunisia has had its share; Egypt has tasted the bitter part of it -while counting magnitude of human and material loss. Like a rampaging inferno, Libya is burning now with chain reaction spreading like plague to other parts of Africa. The solely defeated Moammar Gadhafi like many African despots refused to surrender and thereby turning Libya into one hell nation.

Gadhafi’s action of using armed forces loyal to him to kill thousands of his own people has once again showed how desperate some leaders could be at the helm of power. Rather than finding amicable solution to the crisis that culminated into the war that has ravaged the Africa’s one of the largest producer of oil; Gadhafi’s selfish ambition.

The focus-less African leaders have once again being hijacked by meteoric slumber! Oh God! Who is going to deliver us from this self inflicted curse? It is indeed high time we went back to the days where morals were major values that guide us in our life sojourn.
