After he confesses he feels better…right?

Fits and outbursts,

then rage,

after the confession

he initialed each page,

it was followed by exhaustion,

then a bit of caution,

the emotive crest of a guilty man’s

performance came in cold moments,

dazed,

his eyes glazed,

his jaw, slacked,

his shadow was listed

against the nearest wall,

it would move slowly,

and then it would fall,

the confession was complete,

the detective gathered the information,

he stayed in his seat,

he rested his head against

the table top to steady,

it was an odd belief,

when he wanted to turn over a new leaf,

he believed that he’d feel better,

after the confession letter,

once he started to tell the whole truth,

then separate the lie with a wedge,

amazingly enough, he believed it ,

as he climbed out to the ledge,

when screaming was heard,

his confession was actually,

his final word.

Great piece Atanacio. I just thought at first it was a confession to a priest.

This is really good. I read it the other day, but it didn’t let me post comment.
