About a girl named Ally, whose beauty is only surpassed by her bad luck, which she always seems to get out of.
Ally ran through the woods, her blackened dress torn, cut, shredded, her soft, natural black hair flying behind her, her feet picking up dirt and gravel, kicking stones and tearing at her feet… It hurt, and it cut through her fragile, delicate skin like a knife through water, but still she ran, flying past trees with agile speed, through the forest she ran alone, yet not as alone as she though…
Behind her, there was a man. Dressed in a brown, fur lined coat, with tight, muscle showing leather leggings, his long, thick hair, spiked with the wind, lay flat across his back, stopping mid back, was a vile man at that, whose hate and loathing for all humans exceeded those previous, which raises a question…. Is he not human? Of course he is human, and he hates for that, but he is not entirely human… he is also part cybernetic warrior, and his name was Robert… but what is it about this woman that stopped him from just, shooting her down…? It was her skin, delicate as Paper, smooth, gently to the hands, paled, yet shimmering beautiful, many have desired her, but none have succeeded, and now he seeks to take her skin by force, as this is his drawback, his Flaw.. His greed.
Ally dived into the river, the blood from her torn feet slowly being drawn into the current, alerting nearby fish of her presence, them darting away into small nooks and crannies, and she swam, she kicked at the water furiously, thinking all along… why do they want me, and why doesn’t he stop…? I shot him, she screamed silently. Right in the neck, Twice.. Why does he still come?! How is he still alive?!She began to break down, in the middle of the river, she began to cry, and, as if the heavens felt her pain, it began to rain, slowly, at first, but gradually growing heavier with her tears, and she looked up, blurry eyed, and tear stained cheeks, and became astounded… Why does it always rain during the dramatic moments, its really cliché… her city humor came back momentarily, until… Crack! A gunshot sounded, piercing the air, the bullet whizzing through the air, and Ally let out a shriek, diving back into the water, but she didn’t dive fast enough to miss the bullet from the hunter… the bullet grazed her shoulder, and she let out a yelp, collapsing in pain, and beginning to slowly be dragged with the current, fighting, but losing against the steadiness of nature.. But, she got thrown another lifeline, it always seems to happen to her, and she doesn’t know why, but, either way, she grabs hold of a narrow outcrop n the water, and drags herself to the shore, gazing sadly at her hands, now bleeding due to the sharpness of the rock, and lets out a muffled cry, slowly lifting herself off the ground, and stumbling through a bush..
Robert burst fully through the clearing, reloading his gun casually, as if taking no more than a Sunday stroll, looking around and hoping his stray bullets knocked her out, and hoping that she has not died.. he sniffs the air slowly at the though of slowly unsheathing his knife, and running it across her perfect back, gently along her spine, listening to her shriek and struggle in terror, before… he shakes his head, he shouldn’t be dreaming when his pray is just ahead! He silently scolds himself, and leaps forwards, clearing the river in a single leap, casually shouldering his gun, and strutting forwards, unclear where she went, but unfazed, certain he’s going to catch up with her..
