She was alone, so alone. She had been alone since she was four. She was left her on the steps of an orphanage. The orphanage had taken her in and named her Elli. By the age of six she had no friends. Everyone else thought she was as weird as Kylie who picked her nose and ate it. She also climbed trees whenever she could and tried to help people but they were afraid of her. Ever since she was left on the steps she had always wanted to find her parents. The orphanage only kept people who were nine or under but for Elli she was sent out on the streets when she was eight because she was freaky. When she had started speaking she had spoke a bit of German and English so they thought that she was English. They told her that she was probably from England and so when she was eight she set out to find her parents.

When she got to England her cousin Timothy was alerted that she was here in England and set out to stop her from reaching her parents because otherwise he would be punished for taking her away from them because she is better at everything. When his magic told him that she had returned to England he was astounded because he thought she had wiped her mind so that she couldn’t remember her family. He knew it was cruel but he didn’t care. He just wanted to be better than her so he got rid of her. He knew as soon she talked they would recognise she was from England or Germany and tell her when she was about six so he only had about four-five years before she came looking for her family in England so he made plans before she came back to make sure she never found her parents. When she arrived in England he was there waiting her and saying he was her cousin. She was a bit iffy because she had a group of memories at the back of her mind that whenever she tried to access them she was always blocked from remembering them. It was as if there was an invisible barrier surrounding it as her cousin had made it. It was kind of spooky as if there was magic about it. Going back through her family tree every descendant had a bit of magic about them and when they were eight they started to become aware of it. Elli had only just started to become aware that she had magic in her and Timothy knew he would have to act otherwise she could grow to strong and he would never be able to stop her. At the age of eight her powers were only starting to develop. He knew that the powers grew slowly and after two years she would be impossible to stop. In his haste to get rid of her he forgot that certain people in their family history had gotten their magic faster than others and were at their full strength after six months. He planed to get his accomplice Steven to grab her, put her in a bag and chuck her into river. He took her back to his house and invited her to dinner. During the dinner he kept on fidgeting as he thought about her being better than him. It annoyed him that he couldn’t kill right there and then but he knew he couldn’t leave traces. After dinner he ordered Steven to grab her but Steven felt sorry for her so he told her that her cousin is the one who had wiped her memories and planned to throw her in the river. He told her that she had to run to her parents and tell them what had happened and gave her their address. When Timothy heard what Steven had done he went and looked for his cousin. He found her very near her parent’s house trying to run as fast as she could. Now he knew he would have to kill her himself because know he knew that Steven would not kill her because he had shown her mercy and couldn’t be trusted to not do it again. Ellie started to get frightened because she didn’t know what he would do to her. When he got back to his house Timothy stuffed her in a bag and said she would stay there until he had finished his dinner. When he had left Ellie found that she could get out because he hadn’t tied the bag in any way. She got out and started running back to her parent’s house. When Timothy had finished dinner he went and grabbed the bag. By that time he must have realised what happened and cursed. He went after her with as much speed as he could. When she reached her parents house they saw it was their lost daughter. She told them that Timothy had taken her away when she was young to an orphanage. The told her that she was magic and their whole family tree was magic. Her father showed her some magic then they went outside and waited. When Timothy got there he saw her waiting with her parents. He tried to run away but was banished to the moon. The End
