Short story of my friend.

On a rainy day in March, Mary was going through Ben’s supple from his childhood, Ben is Mary’s husband. Anyway Mary found Ben’s diary. In the diary it suggested that Ben was acting very strange and he wouldn’t talk about it. Mary walked up to Ben who was watching the AFL. Mary showed Ben the diary and automatically Ben turned the TV of and looked at Mary. “What happened to make you not talk to your family?” “Nothing” Ben yelled madly. “There has to be something?” “Well there’s not” said Ben sharply. “If nothing happened, nothing happened,” Mary said, trying to make Ben talk. Five minutes later Mary told Ben to get ready because they were having lunch with the Brady’s, but they were actually having lunch with Ben’s parents.

When they got there Ben nearly stormed out of the restaurant, but luckily Mary stopped him. After they ordered Mary said, “I brought them here to talk to talk to you about your child hood and why you wouldn’t talk to them.” “Just spit it out and you will feel better.” “Ok, but don’t blab to anyone. When I was eleven I went down to the store to get some sweets and a gunman told everybody to stay on the ground, but everybody ran out side and

I hid in a cupboard.” “Then what?” Ben’s dad said in interest. “Then the guy with the gun said to the shopkeeper, ‘give me all of your money out of the till’, but he didn’t so the gunman shot the shopkeeper and he died. After that the guy with the gun told me, ‘if you tell anyone I will hunt you down like a dog and shoot you’.” “Give us a picture of what he looks like,” Mary said. “No way, he will hunt me down like a dog.” “Then what happened to the shop keeper’s body?” said Ben’s mum. “Well I hid it in the freezer in the attic.” “Then we’ll go and get the body and see if there’s any D.N. A on the body.” “There should be because he held him, then shot him so he didn’t squirm and miss.” When they got to the store they just about found it right away in the attic. Ben’s dad was the only one who touched it because he had gloves on. When the police got the D.N. A they caught the person who killed the shopkeeper. He got sentence to life, so he never got the chance to kill Ben.
