This is the earliest Star Dragon story ‘ve written so far I hope you like it.
Constantine looked out over the green hills that led out the mountains to the east. To the west stood the spaceport of Necrovara founded a year ago by the Fellein who had offered him this world for the colony. The world had only two indigenous species and only one of those species was anywhere near civilized. He had even become friendly with them.
The people known as the Narlfex were now helping build the city of Shorodan. The place that he and his family would call home. The Fellein were in the process of acclimating to the newly human world and many of them were moving to this world in order to stay with friends and family who had come here. The Kreen who had allied with the Fellein in the war that had just begun were also helping to colonize this world.
Constantine smiled as his son Jonathan walked forward with Constantine’s new wife Trenna and their daughter’s Yana and Tenna. This world was good for his family and it was much better then the colony on Fellen, which shared his last name. The Blackmore colony was going to stay but this was going to be the new human world in Fellein space.
“Hello dad.” Jonathan smiled. “The construction is going well. What’s the word from the front?”
“Not as well as it could.” Constantinesaid. “The Sol system is in the hands of the Sslisk. That leaves our two colonies and Alpha Sentry that are free and human. I’ve been in contact with the Alpha Sentry and they say that they have been able to hold the Sslisk off so far but don’t know how much longer they can.”
“They want us to come and help.” Jonathon frowned. “What do our allies think?”
“The Fellein believe that humans are the key to keeping the Cainen in check and have offered us most of their fleet. The elves and Dwarves have added about sixty ships each including an Armada-class cruiser. The Kreen are offering us support with twenty ships but other then that it looks like the fleet should be mostly human and Fellein.”
“That would be best my husband.” Trenna smiled handing him Yana. “I believe that you will always be called on to do such things and that it’s my duty to lead in your absence.”
