There are so many experiences I have when I am camping. One of the things I enjoy about camping is waking up in the morning on a sunny day. We spend most of our time fishing at many different lakes. We spend the rest of our day around the campsite or on a trail. Camping is and always will a tradition in our family, and is an activity that we enjoy.

When I wake up on a nice sunny morning, I can feel the warmth of the sun as the light shines in through the windows of the camper. When I throw my clothes on and walk outside, I can smell fresh coffee cooking on the gas stove and breakfast cooking on the grill. When I look around, it is so beautiful with the way the angle of the sunlight is shining through the trees in the woods. The dew on the ground would reflect the sunlight and give the woods a beautiful sparkling effect. Waking up in the morning on a camping trip is not like waking up at home.

We mostly spend our time fishing at many different lakes. One of my favorite lakes to fish at is Plum Orchard Lake, especially at night. At night, when the water is warmer than the air, the water starts evaporating, and it has a nice affect when the fog comes on land and fades away. It’s like the kind of fog you’d see in the graveyard. The main reason why Plum Orchard Lake is my favorite is because it has plenty of large fishes including Bass, Trout, Catfish, and Blue-gill.

When we have some free time on our hands, we spend the rest of the day around the campsite or on a trail. At night we’ll sit around the camp-fire and roast marshmallows, hot dogs, make pies, and smores’. Sometimes, we’ll even go into a city nearby or a small town just to try going to a restaurant that you wouldn’t see everyday. For fun, we’ll take our bikes out and ride around the campgrounds. The bicycles especially come in handy when you really need to go to the bathroom.

Camping can be a wonderful experience and can be a lot of fun for a family. It can also provide exercise for the family and make everyone active while being on the trip. The only reason why someone would hate camping trips is when they want nothing to do with nature. There is a lot more fun involved in camping than people think. Camping is and always will be a tradition in our family and is an activity that we enjoy.
