A girl from Wisconsin,  Tara Frey, Has a new dress for prom.  Her mom apparently made the dress out of starburst wrappers!  Not only the dress, but the shoes and purse as well, AND the vest for her prom date.    Now THAT is talent….not to mention a great way to recycle!

     We all should be so creative, dont throw away stuff that is considered trash, do stuff like this with it.   I know there are some people  who take trash and make houses with it. 

     I wish I could be so creative.
