You can change your bad habits, you are not a coward and you have the courage to accept good change in your life.

Change Coward Courage

I can still vividly remember a change that occurred in my life years ago.

I was going about life doing the same old thing taking care of the kids finding love in all of the wrong places.

I would smile when you greet me and I would cry when you left me alone.

I was so lost in depression I had no one who would understand me or could understand anything I was saying or doing.

I was a closet drug user. I used sex as a release with people who I have no clue why I even laid down with them in first place.

No change is easy for anyone and I started to see life so different I am not quite sure what was the moment to make me stop doing things that I had no business doing.

We naturally resist the rough waters; the upheaval; the emotions; the hardships—there’re all cousins to change in our own lives.

The most difficult changes to make are those involving lifelong traditions and heritage and bad habits.

Like for instance I used to suck my thumb now I know sucking my thumb was bad but it was a comfort zone for me and I was still sneaking sucking my thumb until I was adult with kids.

I would hide under the covers and it was my secret comfort place for me.

Thumb sucking was a bad habit for me, but it used to comfort me when I was afraid, lonely, restless, sleepy, bored. It took me a long time to make that change and let the thumb go.

Today that one thumb has the longest nail on it and that nail is so strong.

I just stop sucking my thumb one day and I assume that nail grew there to make me stop or remind that I do not need suck that thumb.

I’ll be even more specific: changes are hard to accept when it comes to life events, and any relationships.

If you get so used to be with a people and you know they mean you no good. But it’s a habit how can you break that habit?

Pray on the issues, get up and move, get away from the things or thing that is bad for you.

Stop looking at things as if it’s your cultural or environment.

You don’t have to be in the circle of issues to have a good life.

You can resistant the negative and reach high for the positive.

Stop waiting for your peers opinions, you know right from wrong.

Stop listening to personal bias of negative people.

To accept change you and I have to accept the fact we are not perfect and we all make mistakes.
