A daughter and her mom were shopping in Walmart and the daughter was crying. One of the people there told the mother “if you do not shut her up I will”. Afterward he grabbed the girl and slapped her. Police say the man named Roger Stephens did not know the girl he slapped. He is charged with first degree cruelty to a child. He said after ” I told you I would shut her up”. He apologized to the mother for hitting her.

This is crazy. Seriously this man needs counseling. Why would he just do that he deserves to be punished.
