A women gets out of a harmful relationship.

I gave Reed a deadline. I made it clear that he had exactly one week to move out of my house. I wanted to be rid of him once and for all when I took my daughter to college in a few months.

One morning he threw a massive fit and said he was leaving today! He paused and looked at me. What was he thinking I was going to do? Stop him? Yeah right. It took all my strength to not start clapping for joy!

He threw some crap into a hefty bag and swept out the door!

I finally started to feel some peace and was helping Samantha get ready for her first year of college. I should of known he wouldn’t leave that easily. The phone calls, the stalking and the reams of paper filled with a lunatics love notes. Now matter how hard I tried to avoid him he’d show up and start to harass me. Samantha and I started to become fearful of what he might do next. We would walk into the apartment together and there would be endless messages filled with threats, regrets, and tears.

He even wrote a letter to Samantha right before she was leaving for College. She did not want to read it she told me. She wanted him out of their lives forever. We burnt the letter together and the next day I went to the police station to get a restraining order.

Farewell Reed!
