This is a story I have been working on for a while. Let me know what you think.

One day they appeared, out of nowhere. A chill was brought to August that could only belong to October. Leaves fluttered around and the whole world was almost instantly silent like being in the woods in the dead of winter. The day the Crysts arrived. Welcome to Aero, Chaily, Saily, Ray, and Emerall. They stepped into the room with no care in the world what others would think, they stood there scowling at the humans before them. People wondered who they were, where they came from and why. People said they came from the shadows, from magic, from thin air. Who knows where they came from? They were just there.

The day the Crysts arrived, the Creed was not afraid to say hello, but they would later wish that they hadn’t. The Creed and Crysts fell together. They created a game of death. This is the story of the girls and the boys, the life and the death, a love story and a betrayal, this is Cryst.

Aero opened the school door with a swift kick by her expensive high heels. The other Crysts followed behind her looking prettier than pretty could be. Of course pretty girls have always gotten attention, so it should have been most expected when the Creeds arrived, the boys were welcoming but in all the wrong ways.

“Excuse me, what do you think you are doing?” said Aero as politely as she could possibly manage. Being polite was not a talent of any of the girls and it never would be.

The boys had planted themselves right in front of the girls, preparing themselves to say something to the newbies.

“Your name would be?” asked Reeve looking straight into Aero’s brown eyes.

“Aero, now out of my way you creep.” she said trying to walk away, but the other boys had circled them except for one that stood back against a few lockers as if he didn’t belong anywhere

Reeve took his arm and put it around her shoulder. “How about you and I go out sometime?” Reeve said trying to be as sweet as possible. Aero swung him to the front of her.

“Oh, really?” she said. Aero picked up her hand and slapped him, leaving a 3 long scrapes down his face. Blood slowly trickled out of them as he yelped. A boy rushed forward from the lockers.

“I am so sorry about that!” he said as he slapped Reeve’s bleeding scrapes. “Well no time like the present is there?” The boy played with his fingers and looked at the perfect girl. “I’m Coble, that’s Bradson, Laken is over there, and well, that’s Reeve. He’s a little…” Coble looked at her sharp features.
