What is it about the simpleness of these flowers that draw so much mystery behind them?
It all started when I opened up my truck door to see a single petal on my seat. A heart drawn in red sharpie on the tip of the petal. Who could’ve gotten into my truck to do such a thing? I looked around the parking lot to see if there was anything suspicious. Nothing, so i jumped on my truck and headed home.
As i got home i went to grab the mail. Yet again there was a simple petal laying on top of my stack of mail. Looking around yet again to find absolutely nothing. When i got to the front door there was another. As well as all over my house. I had yet to find what was upstairs.

He said nothing yet again, just loaded the gun ready to shoot.
“WHAT DO YOU WANT!” I couldn’t help but scream. My temper was starting to pass up fear.
Next thing i know he smirked and pulled the trigger. BOOM! Shot was fired and i couldn’t tell where it hit me. All i knew was i was falling to the ground. When i hit the ground my body jolted and woke me up from the dream. I sat up my heart pounding in my chest.
Reaching for the light switch i heard a noise coming from downstairs. I immediately got up and grabbed the hardest thing I could find. Inching downstairs as quietly as I could. I jumped around the corner only to find…
