The story of a woman following an accident loses the ability to walk. While still seeking justice.

Name:Dania Clavel Molina Barrientos
Date of Accident: February 24, 1997
Where they boarded the Bus Location:Sabinas, Coahuila. Mexico.
Destination:Allende, Coahuila. Mexico.

It was about 6:15 am when I heard the complaints of the Estrella Blanca bus driver, was driving then only from Aguascalientes, no relief driver, did not give much importance to the conversation, take Highway 57, with rain and a strong wind. Fatally on a curve, the driver apparently fell asleep, unfortunately never awoke again.

In that accident I lost my leg movement, which occurred 12 years ago, and despite the legal steps have been undertaken against the Estrella Blanca bus company, repairing the damage was not done.

Years that are lost hopes and dreams, years when taking other strengths that were not taken, but also years in which we can only watch helplessly as a group of powerful entrepreneurs continue as if nothing had happened, no matter many lives and dreams have changed due to negligence.

And worst of all, they are 12 years, a huge span in which I am sure, have accumulated more victims, like myself, have been heard by deaf ears.

Dania currently is self-sufficient, the wheelchair has not meant an obstacle in his life. But after 12 years of tragedy, still shouting for justice. Faced with a bus company in

Mexico has great influence, as among its major shareholders include some children of a former president of Mexico.
