Follow through the story, of a person, who moves on to find out who he really is, day by day, responding to the environment around him. To Survive.

Day 1, 2330
I found myself laying in the middle of nowhere, no memory of who I am, what happened or where I am. All I have with me is this harvest sack, in it a bottle of water, a pencil, a note book, my watch, a machete and a lighter. From what it seems, i suspect someone has deliberately set this up, I mean how on earth could i end up in the middle of jungle, with nothing except basic tools of survival! At dawn, I will try to figure out what is going on, meanwhile a good night rest would come in handy…

Day 2, 1950 hours
Wow, I slept for almost 1 whole day already. Still, still very exhausted and tired. It is like someone cast a curse on me. There was a constant banging somewhere, by someone, or something. I’m going go check it out, but gotta be grateful, as not for the banging, I’ll be still sleeping probably till next year.

Day 3 0001 hours
After that 4 hours of sleep, I felt hungry and it’s probably not a good idea to forage for food in the dark. Staring at the stars, my hunger faded as i beheld the magnificent wonder of nature. Lying down next to the campfire i had started, i felt at home.

Day 3, 1505 hours
After countless, sleepless hours of exploring and scavenging, I have found the source of this reckless banging. A silver trapdoor, hidden beneath bushes. I think it’ll be smarter to not be curious. My food and water should last me for a week. It’ll be best for me to keep moving
Day 4, 1327
I have hoarded myself inside a small shack, but it won’t hold off for long. They are knocking on the door, really hard. I have covered all the windows and left my pack outside. There really is nothing in here. What are they?
Day 5 11 29
The knocking seemed to have stopped. Having just realized that leaving my pack outside was not a good idea, i cautiously took a peek outside. The small clearing outside the shack seems to be empty. With a quick dash, i run towards the spot where i left the pack. I stood frozen to the ground, eyes fixed at the pack…
Day 5 11 35
Curious, i bent downwards to get a closer look. Someone, or something had left behind claw marks on my pack. The grass surrounding the pack was stained blood red. I may have found my answer, but i don’t like it.
Day 6, 22 49
I have found a small forest clearing and have decided to camp here for the night. What i had seen yesterday fueled my fear and my determination to get away as fast as possible. If it really was what i think it is, it would be best if i got as far away as possible. Simply put, I DON’T WANA DIE.
Day 7, 06 31
The sky is cloudy today. I think the chances of rain coming is high, very heavy rain, so I’ve got to get enough food to last me for today. Oh, and I’ve got to run too. Far away. The feeling of something staring at me while I tried to fall asleep last night was just… anyway, food, and water I need now.
Day 7, 15 37
My predictions are correct, i have gathered some food to last at least 2 days but was unable to find shelter from the rainstorm im in. Trudging through the wet mud, i could barely see where i was going. The blasted weather won’t stop me though, i just have to push on.
Day 7 21 56
I would think walking for so long would have led me out of this dense jungle. I was wrong. As I trudged through this desolate, messed-up, place, I wonder where on earth am I. Many animals are scurrying about, perhaps I could have some game for my next meal. But then, there may be dangerous predators out here that I haven’t encountered yet. I’ve got to be on my toes.
Day 8, 1600 hours
My sanity is at an all time low, i have no idea why i am even keeping this journal, perhaps it could come in handy should i get back to society alive, or it could just help the person who set me up! Speaking of which, I have yet to figure who did this. Even if I got out of this jungle alive, I could be in the middle of Brazil or Africa, with no money or any clue where I came from, I would probably be better off dead…
Day 9, 16 49
Still no sign of civilisation. I came across a small stream this morning and it seems to be the only source of water in the area. I have decided to follow it on the hope that it might lead me out of this forest. I found myself a dead rodent of some sort and decided that it just had to do. I might enjoy dinner tonight.
Day 9, 20 53
Ergh. I was wrong. That dead rodent was festering in the middle… should have checked it before I wasted my time and energy cooking it. Yes, it was festering, and even a wild dog wouldn’t want it. Well, more walking along the stream. Downhill, because towns are usually located downstream.
Day 11, 00 37
I am still having the runs. Took a little dump near a tree and attracted an entire swarm of flies. Realized i left my knife there and returned to retrieve it. Someone, or something had been searching through my waste; i don’t think it was the flies.
Day 12, 14 00
I can’t believe my eyes, is that really a village right in front of me?!?!
