Hi I’m Vilencia I work at Playworks learning center in San Antonio and did u know my boss is an idiot!!

        I have been working there for like nine months and I can’t stand the place but it’s work. My boss Margie is 

         queen of the idiots and she is so fake too. From her fake smile, to her fake laugh, even down to her fake 

         boobs. She owns the daycare and is running it into the ground because she does not care about quality 

         just the money. . and she treats her employees like crap. You cant treat people any kind of way and expect

         them to come to work with a smile on face ready to work. Well I’m thinking about quiting Margie’s . I 

         work in the infant room for nine months.. the lead teacher in the room quit 2 months ago and now Margie is

         telling me that she wants me to take lead in my room. But my pay will stay the same this is more work

          then just assisting the teacher I really don’t think u should do more work for someone without more pay.

          I mean this is being the teacher in the room without any assist and I feel that’s not cool for her to think

          it’s OK for me not to get a dollar more. That is what I ask her for a dollar more to do the job and she turn

          me down. So it’s best i put in my 2 weeks because I cant work for someone who does not value my me are

          are my integrity so this is why I say Did u Know my boss is an Idiot:)
