Just now there is the last short explanation in my story. It relates to the mentality of passenger and cargo ship captains.

As to me it’s necessary to bring the following comparison. People, in general, are the same everywhere. I think that in developed Western countries the mentality of drivers of road transport is similar to the mentality of our drivers and vice versa. We have taxi drivers and all the other drivers of motor vehicles. Taxi drivers – its arrogant drivers .Who are accustomed to that under the rules of traffic, they enjoy the right of priority directions. All other drivers are obliged to give way. Similarly, in the Soviet Union behaved masters of passenger vessels in relation to the masters of the merchant fleet ships in conditions of limited size (vessels and channels) and poor visibility.

In that fateful evening 31 August 1986, a young but skilled master of dry cargo vessel was known to so-called schedule traffic on ingress and egress from the waters of the port of Novorossiysk. When approaching the entrance to the port, he observes, “Admiral Nakhimov” that all settlements had to leave Novorossiysk before 11 pm.

That is the quintessence of all the versions simultaneously.

            In Cemesskaya bay there is no known natural science anomaly manifest supernatural powers and other similar factors that spontaneously from time to time, to humans and marine navigation and other measuring instruments. People in these circumstances is absolutely calm, do not feel any imminent and existential threat. Time, inside a closed space defined by the courts, which converge in a collision, as well as outside this space, flows differently. And on the ships themselves while also not the same and flows differently. Crew members of these courts – mentally healthy people during this disaster can neither visually or on instruments to determine the real risk of collision. The distance between the vessels sailors determined incorrectly – always known to be less than the real distance. In short, the district Cemesskaya bay – is a mini model of the Bermuda Triangle.

            There is another version – there was a case where the enemies of the Soviet Union tested a new secret weapon, affects the subconscious mind of people in such a massive scale.

 If you take one of the above two reasons for the truth, it is more about the crash and say nothing. Factors – a supernatural phenomenon, and the use of secret weapons – is not amenable to evaluation and assessment.

            But then, let me ask myself and you, my dear readers. Why in such a large scale, and it is in Cemesskaya bay, such catastrophes in the last twenty five years, no more no?
