About dragons, told by a mom to her kid.

Mom could you tell me a story like you did when I was a baby?

You know I use to make them stories up, so I can’t tell them the same.

Then can you make up a new one for me?

Momma looked into his eyes, and said if I do, you wait to go to sleep until I am done. O.k. That way you can help me with it.

Yea mom. I think I can do that. Your stories always kept me awake until the end of them, then I slept really good after wards.

What do you want to hear a story about kido.

I don’t know. I still like dragons.

O.k.

Once up on a time so very long ago there were two dragons. The dragons weren’t like what we know dragons to be. They were very smart. And knew far more than we could ever know. They lived in another time, but had a ever changing peak hole into our world and time. Any time someone would start to tell a story, their ears would just perk up, and they would tune in to see how it was told. Because dragons wanted us to know that they were indeed real, just didn’t know how to let us know about them just yet. See they can’t reach threw the peak hole and do any thing, are say nothing. All they could do was watch us, like we watch TV.

The reasons they would tune in to watch us, is because they were trying to see if we even had a hint that they were indeed real. Some people write stories about dragons, and this makes them feel hurt because its like they never saw them at all. The stuff in their stories are so miss leading to a real dragon.

There are cartoons about dragons that are friends with kids, and them are the ones that they like the best, because they treat dragons like they are friendly, and they matter.

There are scary movies made about dragons, and they really hate them because they don’t want to be feared by people. They are very powerful and could do damage in this world if they were here, but they like to think they wouldn’t. See long ago there was a story that a few made it to our time, and they had turned mean. Or may be they were just cranky from their travel to here, who knows. That was so long ago. So long that most dragons don’t even recall it. They don’t want to believe it could ever even be true. Just stories that people made up, is what they tell them self’s.
