DramaActivity 4: Importance of Conflict in Character
Monologue:
Stacey is being mean again! Not only does she want the good swing again, she wont let me use it not even one, but she’s calling me mean names now! I want to just go home and cry to my mommy, she called me so many mean names. I thought she was my best friend, but she not being very nice to be a best friend. Maybe I need a new best friend because Stacey is just not being fair. She always gets the swing, she could just share at least sometimes! But nope, she has to be the mean best friend. I don’t know though she’s always over at my house, she cant just stop being my best friend. I don’t’ want to apologize to her first though! She will never let me have the swing than! Or maybe she just doesn’t like me anymore! Oh no! what will I do than?! If I go say sorry she might laugh at me and tell me I’m stupid looking!! No I wont say sorry, she has to say sorry first. I hope she does fast though, I have to show her something my mommy bought me that’s really cool! It’s a sailor moon doll! I’m so excited to show it to Stacey!
