Are dreams simply dreams? Are they your mind trying to make sense of the happenings of the day or are they doors to other worlds, other realms, other realities, What If?

Daniel woke up in a cold sweat, it had all been a dream?? how was that possible it felt so real, but unlike usual dreams Daniel could still remember it clearly, he could still remember what it felt like to fight for his freedom from the aliens.

Daniel shook his head to clear it but the memories were still there, even though he was only 16 he knew what it felt like to be married, to have children!

Daniel remembered being a resistance fighter, fighting alongside the rebels as they strove to kick the aliens off their world and reclaim their heritage.

Daniel got out of bed and began to get ready for school, as he did he had flashes of the dream and he couldn’t shake the feeling that something wasn’t right.

All day at school Daniel saw people who he hadn’t known previously but now, he knew their name and he remembered them??

It was very disconcerting as he struggled to keep the memories of the dream from overwhelming him, at last school was over and he could go home.

When he got there he sat on the sofa and turned the TV on, he channel hopped until he found a music channel and relaxed, within moments he was asleep, back in the embrace of his wife and children, until the next time he awoke in the real world??
