Your heart is beating three times as fast. You feel sweat drip down your spine. You try to move, but can’t seem to move your concrete muscles. The world slows down completely and you hear the slow drone of the unknown.
The unknown creature comes into view and the fire light from the torch lightens its mysterious, horrifying face. The unknown creature steps out of the light and you can hear its slow and heavy breathing. You can hear the wind coming from it’s swift movements around the room. You are completely still while this is happening. Again the unknown creature steps into the torch light. This time you can see it’s dark, sunken face. It’s eyes are slits of red and it has an enormous body. You can’t help but let out a short gasp of fear. You step back a little bit preparing to run, but the immense body of the creature grabs you by the leg. It swings you in the air, but as you are doing this you pull out you hunting knife and jab it into the monster’s hand. The monster drops you down with a cry of pain and anger.
Just as you are flying down the torch goes out. Now either of you can see. Again, you stand completely still and you can hear the swift movements of the gigantic monster. You can’t tell if he can see in the dark, but you pray that he can’t. The monster positions himself in front of you, but you are unaware if he knows you are there. You decide to make a decoy so you throw your knife far to the right. It worked. The monster stomps fiercely toward the sound of the knife. While he is thrashing around to try and hit you, you quietly slip away to the locked door. You don’t know where the key is and you need to make another decoy, fast. The monster finally realizes no one is there. It hears the faint sound of metal as if someone is trying to unlock the lock. It takes two massive steps toward you and you can hear it’s heavy breathing. Once more you hear the slow drone of the monster and the quick movement of it’s hand coming toward your right.
