The Elephant attacks and eats a Giraffe.

The elephant drank quietly from the stream and next to her was a species of animal that she had shared this water hole with many many times, its neck reached out to almost half way across the stream with its thin front legs straddled, it could drink in peace next to a species of animal that had a long nose and very big ears. For many years now these two species had peacefully drank and ate in the same savannah, the giraffe instinctively feeling at ease with the company that it shared the water hole with, not knowing that in 10 minutes he would be dead and eaten by this elephant.

Two days before, the elephant woke up one morning with something called ‘Reasoning’ this was added to her already large collection of other emotions and thoughts. On the day she woke up with this new ability, she said to herself ..’Hey! I can reason’ she told her family ‘ Today I am going to reason’ Of course the other elephants had no idea what she was talking about and just carried on being normal elephants .

During the next day or so she came to a conclusion after reasoning for a solid 36 hours. She came to the conclusion that the demise of wild elephants was due to food sources and competition for food and the enormous appetite for vegetation was affecting the population of the elephant species. This female elephant was the nearest thing to an Elephant Darwinist and realized if they were going to survive and flourish that they would have to eat a more comprehensive diet.

With her talent for reasoning now in full swing she added her talents deceit and covert operation. She knew the giraffe would never suspect a thing and in her desire to eat like a lion and ‘SAVE ‘ the elephant species she used the resources she had miraculously been blessed with.

I have read many articles on this website that were worthy of a better title and so many articles do not get read because of a weak title. I presume if you clicked on to this piece, you were intrigued to find out more. Indeed there is no logic in the title but it causes questions . by the way if you have a piece and you want a good title, just ask me and I will see if I can think of something (Free of course and relevant to your peice)

The main reason for me to to enter this piece is to promote my video. It is called ..GUESS ?…’The elephant attacks a Giraffe and eats it’ . Please put that exact title into ‘You tube’ search and you will see this short video. We all publish our pieces in the hope that people will join us or watch or read us, it is also great to watch and read others presentations too. I would love to create, write and produce everyday  and it seems now that to be able to do that and make an honest living from it we need viewers and in turn our pieces will raise money from advertisers. One main factor to get people to you is the TITLE ….what do you think ?
