A short story!

Jane and Reymond were dating each other from 8 months.Jane was a pretty ,intelligent and bright girl.Reymond loved her and was very fond of her. But Jane was a facebookaholic, she loved social networking and always kept doing one thing or the other on the sites. She would share everything that is to share with her friends on the website.

Infact all of her friends knew the about Reymond, where they meet, how romantic he was and other minute details of the relationship.

Reymond wasnt very comfortable with this,he thought it was a sheer waste of time and a total distraction from a normal routine. But he never said this to Jane as he thought it was not important and just someday or the other she will get bored from it and leave the habit.Jane was a very good human, beautiful, smart so a small flaw was easy to overlook afterall we all have our own good and bad.

One day Reymond decided that he will propose Jane and ask her to marry him.He made all the preparation , got the flowers and the ring.He invited Jane for dinner in the evening where he was about to propose her.

He gave her a beautiful bouquet of Roses and was about to take out the ring, but suddenly Jane took out her mobile.

Reymond was still standing looking at Jane , she opened her phone and was updating her facebook status .Reymond decided to put back the ring into his pocket.

The End!

Too bad for Jane. If not for the facebook, Reymond could have given the ring.

    Food for thought for Facebook-a-holics.

One should always arrange their priorities. Facebook is certainly NOT one of them. Jane’s loss!

Sometimes privacy is lost by too much exposure on FB.
