Fifty Million Dollars and a Run around the World

            Today was like any other day, filled with being shoved in lockers and dunked in toilets. It wasn’t exactly like every other kids day at school.

            I arrived at home at about three, and immediately sat down in my room, and seconds later as if on cue my annoying little brother ran into the room not even bothering to knock. He started screaming,” we won we won the lottery”! He handed me the mail and pointed to the spot where he’d seen the words. I presumed he was just over reacting so I brought it to my dad. He looked at the mail then it happened I noticed he was just sitting there with his eyes glued to the paper I asked if he was alright. He sat up and calmly and slowly uttered the words, “I’m just fine”…then in almost a crazy fashion he stood up and with all the energy he had he yelled WE WON THE LOTTERY FIFTY MILLION DOLLARS! I was stunned I froze for almost a minute never would I ever thought in a billion years that we could win that much money, and not a second later I fainted.

When I awoke I was on the couch with an ice pack on my head my mother breathed a sigh of relief. It took a minute to gather enough strength but finally I asked was that a dream did we actually win? My mom softly said yes we did. I almost fainted again but my mom said honey you go under again and I am going to slap across the side of the head! With that said I got up in a flash. My family then decided what to do with that much money. My brother came up with the wonderful Idea of making a chocolate factory. Finally the decision was made we were going around the world. We left North America the next day to Paris, France. We started by booking into a five star hotel. Then we went to a very classy restaurant where both I and my brother were daring each other to eat escargot known better as snails. That night my parents ate dinner under the Eiffel Tower.
