Comes a rich man to a Psychiatrist for consultation. He felt his whole life meaningless empty. The Psychiatrist called an old women, one of the officer in the office…”I asked Sheila to tell how she found happiness. What should you do is just listen to it.

Sheila sat in the chair and tell stories, “My husband died of cancer and three months later, I lost my only son was hit by a car. I don’t have anyone, no one is left behind. I can not sleep, ca not eat, nor could a smile. In fact I had to think like a suicide.

One night,  when I  came home from work, a little kitten followed me. Because the cold air outside,  I let the kitten into the house. Then, I gave him the milk drunk straight. The kitten meowed and rubbed his body to my feet. For the first time in the months, I can smile. I then thought, if it helps the kitten can make me smile, maybe doing something for someone else can make me happy. So, the next one day, I make a cake and bring it to a neighbor who is ill, lying in bed and could not get up. Every day I try to do something good in someone. Seeing them happy, makes me happy too. Today, It seems no one can eat heartily and sleep soundly like me. I find happines, joy in giving to others”, said Sheila.

Listening to this storie, the rich man was crying. He has everything money can buy, but he lost the things money can not buy the feeling gratitude. Gratitude is magnet blessings. Be grateful for what he has owned that happiness is always filled life. Do not look for perfection, but coplete the existing ones. Do not focus on what’s missing, focus on what is still owned.
