The Toucan With no Color

Once upon a time there was a toucan in the rainforest. He didn’t have any color. First he painted colors on himself. Next he tried to roll in some flowers. Last he went in some leaves. Finally he found some colored markers that didn’t come off. He felt happy!

This is a story I wrote in first grade. We were supposed to make the first three solutions fail, and why they did, but I obviously forgot to put that in my story. It was dedicated to some kid named Steele and I have no idea why.
