There I stood in a dark alleyway gazing into the dark fiery eyes of my enemy.

I shivered in fear, because my enemy is David, whom has many allies. But I stand here on my own. “So, what’s up?” mumbled David. No reply came from my mouth, I was to busy thinking. “Not much I guess?” He laughed. I turned my back and not recalling what he said I started briskly walking into the darkness.

As I continued down the alleyway heading into my estate I heard mumbling and laughing at the other end of the alleyway. Immediately, I knew David’s acquaintances were with him and so my walk turned into a sprint. Soon I was out of the alleyway and in my estate.

Unlike in the alleyway my estate was brightly lit with street lights and contained many posh cars. Then I stopped running and examined the road that my house was on. Then I realized that the door to my house was open and outside the door stood my mother. “Sebastian, where are you?” she cried. “I am here mother!” I replied as I started running to the front door of my house. “I am here!”

I started running until I had reached my mother. “Where have you been?” she asked. Then I remembered that she told me not to go into the alleyway so I thought up an excuse. “I was at the library studying with my friends!” I replied with a smile. “Get in, it is cold outside!” she murmured. So, I jogged in happily, quickly got undressed and sat down by the warm fireplace in the armchair beside my father. “You look cold,” he remarked. “So I am,” I replied. I looked around I had lot’s of energy left from my adventure. “I am bored!” I screamed like the spoiled child that I am. “Then go to bed!” He shouted back. I knew that if I did not, a huge punishment would come before me. So, I did and as soon as my whole body was firmly on the mattress I drifted of to sleep.
