My friend doesn’t just sit and watch TV for nothing.

My friend doesn’t just sit and watch TV for nothing. He is very picky when it comes to TV programs. But lately he noticed he could not end his night without watching the quite late night TV series “Full House”. It has on the lead, Richard Gutierrez and Heart Evangelista. The second lead roles are played by Isabel Oli, Patrick Garcia. This Filipino remake of the original Koreanovela which was previously aired some few years ago is giving him one delightful way of relaxing and enjoying his night.

He never really liked Richard Gutierrez although this handsome guy is undoubtedly a good action star. Well perhaps it’s because he doesn’t go for action types and besides, he is no longer young. That explains why he doesn’t really idolize younger actors anymore. But here, Richard changed his image. From the action hero that he used to portray, he turns into a snobbish but handsome movie idol. Well, my friend would say, he likes him in this lighter role and different kind of character. My friend just could not avoid but feel young again while watching every episode. The series is all about the hate that turns to true love relationship of Justin and Jessie. Oh well, it is really so nice to see these two good looking fellows both acting their roles naturally and effectively. It is tickling to hear the two of them throwing hurting words to each other only to realize later that behind the hurting words and angry confrontation is love, a feeling of love that both of them are trying to hide because of pride. Indeed this is a sweet, comic story that does not just make him feel in love again but it also makes him laugh all the time. Keempe de leon, as the gay manager of Justin is so funny, and John Lapuz as the bitchy reporter is just as droll. Isabel Oli who makes life hard for Jessie and has been trying to steal the love of Justin is another bitch in this comic story but she is always stunning in her fashionable outfits here.

Oh well, this comical TV series is about to end and it makes him quite sad because his nights will never be the same again.

Great review! There is a television series (long ago finished) called “Full House” in North America. It is nothing like the “Full House” you described. LOL!
