Georges cried as he watched Farrell suffer in Englum’s hands.
THE BATTLE IN GYAVILLE
Elvarac was then covered with thick smoke. Fire scattered on the area. The sound was deafening and it was as if I could vanish because of the explosion. The smoke was thick that I couldn’t even see my body.
“We must hurry Gilderoy, they’re already attacking Gyaville,” I heard Dad said as he stood clutching his chest while breathing hard.
“No… this can’t be…” while breathing hard, Gilderoy whispered without looking at Dad. He was looking at Gyaville.
Bewildered by Gilderoy’s sudden reaction, Dad looked at the direction of what Gilderoy was looking. “No way,” he whispered like a boy who couldn’t believe what he just saw. I saw it too. Gyaville was already under attack. Black smoke was already rising from the village and fired arrows were flying all over the village like never-ending fireworks.

As fast as they could, they made it back to the village. The gateway was on fire and houses were burning. Gyards run around the village like wild people on riot.
“This invisibility dusts they have created have gained them advantage against us. Oh no, this is my fault. I shouldn’t have met with Dorcas.”
While staying on guard against possible attackers, Gilderoy said. “This isn’t the time to blame yourself Farrell. What’s done is done. If we haven’t done it, what could happen is worst than this. You only wish what’s best for Trandoz. Now tell me what is this plan you were talking about? What is their plan?”
Dad looked straight to Gilderoy and said. “They’ll make their way for Englum’s escape the invisible way. This way, they can attack us without being seen.”
Gilderoy gritted his teeth enraged by the things he heard. Eyes burning, Gilderoy shouted in fury, “Filthy elves…..”
“Gather all the Gyards to guard around Englum’s cell, we need him kept their. They shouldn’t succeed. I’ll go to Fuego and guide the soldiers for defense, I shall then be with you in the cell,” breathing hard, Dad said to Gilderoy.
Holding tight to his axe, Gilderoy immediately ran his way to gather the Gyards to Englum’s cell. Dad then snatched a cloth from the window of a burning house. He tied the sides of the cloth to the staff. I wonder what he was thinking why he did that but it made sense when he waved it sideways. Running his way to Fuego’s stairway, the cloth caught a figure of a creature when he waved it. Dad was really a sage. He was wise. He may not see them but his brain could make him see them. It was my first time to see him on action. Dad was on his fifty’s and seeing him making him all those moves and tactics made me so proud but sad as well knowing that any moment, he would die.
