The protagonist is very posh and trendy girl. She is a socialite and like to attend huge parties and receptions and loves to dress up. The story is written in first person.
I looked up from my dress at the people around me. As i guessed, they were all gawking and drooling over my dress and I chuckled at their faces. I love to party, tour and, most importantly, dress up. It’s a part of my existence.
I have always been taught that outfits represent your inner image. I knew that first impression is always the last impression. So, i put in my best efforts to look my best. Good for me that I inherited my mother’s hazel eyes and rosey skin. I was blessed to have a tall height which makes all the girls around me burn up in jealousy! Oh! How I love that green monster in them! My personal amusement!
I am gaudy and a hell lot of poseur! Colours express my mind and dresses my image. No one can beat me at it and there’s no competition. Dolce & Gabbana, Louis Vuitton, Armani, Calvin Klein, Chanel, Gucci, prada and many more!! You name it and I have it because I love to buy dresses; my attire defines me and I am very conscious about it. Being a fashion icon is not so easy. Constant media, paparazzi and fans, all the eyes are fixed on you and, thus, you have to be in your best.
My love for dressing and it’s sense came from the family I have been brought up in. With so many fashion trend-setters around, I have to keep it up to them and hold up the family reputation. It’s not a facade but the real me. My admirers love me for the way I present myself and the best I put on, the more famous I get! Come on no need to be jealous! Just polish up your dressing sense and you can call yourself a competition. But no one can defeat me cause my gladrags are not only attires but they are me myself!
