“Sylvia, please, no! Don’t do it, baby!”

   I heard my mom shout. She tried to prevent what I’m planning to do. I can also hear the shout of the people below, but my plan is my plan. No one can prevent it.  She tried to come near me and pull me back but it’s too late. Before she was able to touch me, I fell off the building. Immediately people came and circled my bloody body and wrecked skull. A minute later, the local police came and put my body in a stretcher. They covered it up with a white cloth. A few minutes, my mom came near it crying.

   After mimicking the event, I decided to visit Ronald, my boyfriend. He is currently sitting in front of the television, watching the news about what I did. I stared at him. It seems he doesn’t know what to do with the event. I think he blames himself.

     One week ago we had a fight. I didn’t dare to talk to him for how many days. Yesterday, I decided to talk to him and reconcile with him but I found out that he slept with Liza. They claimed that they are in love with each since the day I introduce them to each other. I burst into tears.

    When I get home, my mom found out that my dad is having an affair with other woman. He immediately left us after the accusation of my mom and decided to live with the other woman.  My mom didn’t say anything at all. But I, I can’t accept the situation. I ran to my room and didn’t go out until this morning.

     Well, these two incidents are not the only reason why I decided to jump off the building. If these are the only things happened to me, I think I can still take them.  My dreams, I failed to reach them. I want to become a nurse someday but I was not able to finish Nursing. During college days I had a relationship with Neil, our instructor. After one night of weakness, I got pregnant. But Neil urged me to have an abortion because he will not marry me. I learned that he is already married and he kept it to me a secret.
