I met Henry around eight years back, he was quite a Guy.

I remember when he first met Nicky, nothing clicked instantly but slowly and gradually,they started coming close. I knew from common friends that Nicky is not a girl for Henry as she never had a long term relationship in past 29 yrs and she never plan to have one too.

But sometimes you keep something to yourself because you don’t want to be the reason for the vanished smile on your friend’s face. I thought its a fling and pass with the time, but I was wrong, very wrong.

Time flew by and the next Valentine’s Day, Henry planned a trip to Vegas with Nicky, I knew about the trip but not what they planned there. Henry and Nicky went as a couple in love,when they returned they where the Real Couple.

Henry was so happy, I forgot everything about Nicky’s past as I remembered the song “Love, Love changes everything” and may be Love changed Nicky and she wanted a life long relationship now, she was not only ready for it but into it.

Very early in the marriage a new member joined them, just eleven months after marriage, Henry’s

angle Sara. Henry was no more a guy, he was a Dad now, deeply in love with new girl in

his life “Sara”.

Life is not the same always, its not full of roses even if it is, roses has thorns too. Little here, a little there, fights started between Henry and Nicky,they have to fight,they are a couple you see.

Fights never stopped but increased and Henry came to know about Nicky’s infidelity. She was not only going out with guys, quite a few times she brought them home late at night.

Henry tried to save his little world for his Angle but failed. At last after five years of marriage they applied for Divorce. Nicky moved out with Sara.

At first Henry thought, Sara is too young and she needs mother more than father, may be it was true, but with a broken marriage and now Sara gone ,Henry could not take it any more.

He applied for daughter’s custody. To follow court procedures, Paternity test was ordered.

Henry’s lawyer was pretty convinced to get the custody as Henry was a good father with sound bank balance and can take care of his girl very well.

Nobody knew what future beholds in the unknown darkness.

Henry lost the case and he can never reapply for custody of her angle Sara, he was heart broken. Bet

rayed. He knew his wife was cheating him from past few years but didn’t knew he was being cheated since the day he got married.

Paternity test brought the truth in front, Sara was not Henry’s daughter.

He said to me “Guess what? My Daughter is not

mine”

It was already hard for him to overcome the pain of broken marraige but the result of paternity test had wounded him so deep that recovery seems impossible.

I could have better watched this whole reality as a spicy daily soap on my plasma, facing this reality was and is quite tough.
