A story I wrote myself. This is a horror story so beware!!
As I staggered. slowly yet silently across the hallway I began to hear thudding so I picked up Hallo-weenie (my cat) but the thudding got louder and louder and louder. “Thud! Thud! Thud!”. I stepped backwards then I felt the finger tip of a human so I pulled my hand back in shock! I could now smell decay of dead bodies, but it was so dark in the old hallway, I couldn’t see a thing. Suddenly I heard a scream, It sounded like a child that was screaming. I felt sick, I could now taste the blood the blood was trickling down my face it was wet and cold. I felt tapping on my right shoulder I tried not to turn around but I could now hear the tapping on my shoulder, so I turned around slowly. I saw a body glistening i waited a moment until my eyes adjusted to the light I the bright light but once my eyes had got used to the light I realised that the light was actually flames!! “Help!!!HELP ME!!” I screamed. I ran forwards but as soon as I started to run the body was running behind me! I ran through this large brown door, inside the door was a dull light hanging on the celling when I looked around there was the light, a bed, a window and no doors just brick walls. I knew it was getting late because my silver watch read: 12:45 PM. So I decided I would sleep on all of the things that happened. “I will try to work out tomorrow what on earth has happened.” I forced myself to go to sleep, so rested my head on the comfy pillow and pulled the duvet over me. After a while it became very hot so I open the window some more. Soon I fell asleep, All of a sudden I was woken up by what looked like my mum as she said ” what do you what for breakfast???” she started to draw my curtains that were not there before, so everything looked back to normal.
