The advert gave details of where to apply so Lucy decided to go for it. She had been stuck in a rut for too long, and was fed up of flitting from dead end job to dead end job. She was going to take herself seriously from now on and she wanted everybody else to do the same. Lucy was successful in getting the job. Now, six months on, she is flying high.

She dons a plastic smile and goes up and down the aisle of an airplane carrying passengers each day from London to their destinations. She has risen in the world – by airplane! She does go places – to airports! Next time she sees an advert, she will be more careful to read between the lines!
